My heart is open to everything that makes us smile and feel better. My conscious spiritual journey began with a 7-month trip to New Zealand. Feeling and seeing the beauty of mother earth gave me a deep sense of myself in relation to our world. I was inspired by the Maoris, who reflect their religion in our nature.
My journey continued with Amsterdam where I studied for 3 years to become a physiotherapist. The connection with people from all over the world was one of the most beautiful experiences I ever had. All the different ideas, beliefs, cooking recipies, hugs, smiles and much more made my soul even richer. At the same time, I got in touch with yoga, acro-yoga and other healing arts. With my 3-months trip to Nepal to work with disabled children, I got the chance to dive into Buddhism by doing a retreat in Kopan monastery. The practice of yoga manifested itself in my daily life and became a regular practice.
With all these fantastic experiences in my rucksack I carry on my spiritual path by following a 2-year yoga teacher training in Germany. There is more to come. Om shanti, Babs
Come with me and dive into a world full of adventures
... I know ... it's kind of hard to get hold of me. The world attracts me and I am delighted to break out of what has once been meant to happen with my life. Not that I am glad about it. It's just simply the way it is and I am happy about it. The world seems to be my class room and I feel like never being able to ever discover all of it. Of course not. But who knows where life drags me along and where i continue my lifelong study next? Somewhere out there. That's for sure. And the propability to catch me is not as easy as one might think it is. Therefore, reach back to this webpage and see where she is and what she's doing.
