My Soul's Mystery

SOMETIMES
I CATCH MYSELF
I CATCH MY SOUL
MY SOUL SO LIGHT LIKE A FEATHER, flying dancing through the airs of time
MY SOUL SO HAPPY LIKE A CHILD, smiling innocent through closed eyes
MY SOUL SO GRATEFUL LIKE A FAVOURED BEGGAR, appreciating the smallest presents of life
MY SOUL SO DISCIPLINED LIKE A BUDDHIST MONK, meditating in the silence of God's face
MY SOUL SO RICH LIKE A PEBBLE, sourrounded by so many others that call themselves as my friends
MY SOUL SO WARM LIKE SUNSHINE, trying to send out the good thoughts of suffering
MY SOUL SO LOST LIKE A LIARS PROMISE, not finding the reason
MY SOUL SO AFRAID LIKE AN ANIMAL, of being hurt and captured in a cage
MY SOUL SO CAREFUL LIKE AN EQUILIBRIST, not stepping into the darkness but standing on the rope of life
MY SOUL SO LONELY IN SPACE LIKE A PARTICLE OF DUST, being blown away by the wind.
MY SOUL ... sometimes mine, sometimes not.

Your soul is a precious and special thing. It is warm and open, a delight to know and has touched so many like-minded people (where you have left a little of your special magic with each one!)

Paul. :))
